DUTIES AND FUNCTIONS 

1. Undertake researches, studies and surveys on matters relating to the IAS areas of functional interests; 

2. Provide statistical information and prepare reports on matters relating to the IAS areas of functional interest as may be required by the Inspector General; 

3. Conduct review, assessment and evaluation of IAS policies, plans and programs as they relate to the efficient and effective administration and operation of the organization; 

4. Collate statistical reports needed; 

5. Prepare Annual Report of the IAS and provide information technology direction and supervision; 

6. Establish and monitor the maintenance of Information Technology base data of all IAS offices for purposes of policy formulation; 

7. Compile data inputs and outputs of IAS staff offices including those from the regional offices; and 

8. Perform other tasks as the Inspector General may direct.

 

Planning Section

 

1. Provide the supervision and administrative needs of the Planning and Research Division; 

2. Conduct review, assessment and evaluation of IAS policies, plans and programs as they relate to the efficient and effective administration and operation of the organization; 

3. Formulate plans for IAS on the improvement of administration, operation system and records management of the organization; and

4. Perform other tasks as the Chief, PRD and Inspector General may direct.

 

Research and Evaluation Section 

1. Undertake researches, studies and surveys on matters relating to the IAS areas of functional interest; 

2. Prepare annual report of the IAS; 

3. Compile of data inputs and output of IAS staff, offices including these from the regional and provincial office; and 

4. Perform other tasks as the Chief, PRD and Inspector General may direct. 

 

Statistics Section

1. Provide information technology direction and supervision; 

2. Establish and monitor the maintenance and information technology base data of all IAS offices for purposes of policy formulation; 

3. Perform other tasks as the Chief, PRD and Inspector General may direct.
